【 黒砂 】
　私が子供の頃過ごした町は海岸からほど近い場所にあった。家の近くには私鉄ローカル線の駅があり、その駅は歴史的に５回改称されて今も存在している駅だ。最初の名前は浜海岸、二番目が帝大工学部前、三番目が工学部前、そして私が子供の頃の名前は「黒砂」だった。今は5番目の名前になっている。
　最初の駅の名前「浜海岸」から想像できると思うが、海がとても近かった。家から３～４分で海岸に降りることができ、海岸は黒い砂浜の遠浅海岸だった。今ははるか遠くまで埋め立てられて海は見えない。
　「黒砂」駅のすぐ近くには実家があり 、両親が住んでいた。その両親も高齢になり自身での生活が困難なため、既に施設へ入っている。「実家」は「実家があった場所」に変わった。
　海辺の町を歩くと、「黒砂」の景色がフラッシュバックする。記憶の中に刷り込まれた「黒砂」が私のカメラを通して吐き出される。
　その記憶は必ずしも「黒砂」そのものの景色ではないが、子供の頃に連れられていった海や湖や山だったりする。私の記憶の中では「黒砂」という景色に一括にされている。
　今「黒砂」の町を歩いても当時の記憶は全く蘇ってこない。私の「黒砂」は私の中にしか存在していないという、当たり前のことに気付かされた。


【Kurosuna -my spiritual hometown-】
　The town where I spent most of my childhood was located not far from the coast. There was a local train station of a private railway near my house, a station that has historically been renamed five times and still exists today. The first name was Beach-Coast, the second was In Front of Imperial University Faculty of Engineering, the third was In Front of Faculty of Engineering, and the name when I was a kid was "Kurosuna" (Black Sand). Now it's on its fifth name.
　As you can imagine from the first name of the station,"Beach-Coast", we were very close to the ocean. It took only three or four minutes from my house to get down to the beach. The beach had black sand and shallow water.
My parents used to live near "Kurosuna" station. But they have already moved into a facility because they are too old to live on their own. My "parents'house" has now become "the place where my parents used to live".
　When I walk around a seaside town, the scenery of "Kurosuna" flashes back to me.The "Kurosuna" imprinted in my memory out through my camera.
　These memories are not necessarily of "Kurosuna" itself, but of the ocean, lakes, and mountains that I was taken to as a child. In my memory, the scenery of "Kurosuna" is all lumped together.
　Now, when I walk around the town of "Kurosuna", my memories of those days do not come back at all. I am reminded of the obvious fact that my "Kurosuna" now exists only in my mind.
