ハワード・ワイツマン 写真展 「おお！ニューヨーク」

2025年は、私が日本からアメリカに移住して3年目になります。
アメリカでの生活には、もちろん良い点も悪い点もあります。良い点の一つは、刺激的なニューヨークに気軽に行けることです。生まれも育ちもニューヨークの近くだったですが、訪れるたびにワクワクします。ニューヨークの人々や風景は、本当に独特です。アメリカでの生活の悪い点は…そうですね、大好きな東京から遠いことですね！
一方、日本に住んでいる人にとっては、ニューヨークから遠いことが悪い点の一つでしょう。ですから、この展覧会を通して、マンハッタンの街並みを少しでも身近に感じてもらえたら嬉しいです。



Howard Weitzman Photo Exhibition ”Ohh! New York”

The year 2025 will mark three years since I moved from Japan to the US.
Living in the US, of course, has good and bad points. One of the good points is being able to easily visit exciting New York. Even though I was born nearby, I still get a rush every time I visit the city. The people and scenery of New York are simply unique. The bad point of living in the US is...well, it's far from Tokyo, which I love!
On the other hand, for those living in Japan, one bad point is probably being far from New York. So, I hope that this exhibition will make the streets of Manhattan feel a little closer.
